The Tenant Verification System is a secure and user-friendly platform developed to simplify the process of tenant registration and verification across Sikkim.

Through this system, applicants can easily start a new application, submit necessary documents, and track the progress of their verification and approval. The platform ensures transparency, timely updates, and ease of access for both tenants and property owners.

This initiative is spearheaded by the Government of Sikkim and has been thoughtfully designed and maintained by the Information Technology Department, Government of Sikkim, to promote safer and more accountable residential practices throughout the state.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start a new application for your current residence.
2. Submit necessary documents and details.
3.complete the payment process to complete your registration.
4. Landlord or management will review your submission.
5. Stay updated on your tenancy registration!
