Eligibility

Enlistment of Companies Certificates is open to all firms within Sikkim that are eligible to conduct business under relevant laws. Vendors identified by the Department of Information Technology (DIT) as ineligible due to non-satisfactory past performance, corrupt, fraudulent, or unethical business practices shall not be considered. Any breach of general or specific instructions, including violations of the terms and conditions of contract with DIT or its user organizations, may render a firm ineligible to participate in the enlistment process.
