Objectives

The objectives of issuing Enlistment Certificates to companies registered under the Companies Act, 1956 and 2013 are as follows:

  • To enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in procurement decisions by various Government organizations in the State of Sikkim.
  • To enable Government departments and agencies to entrust works relating to design, development, and implementation of e-Governance projects on an outcome basis, balancing cost-effectiveness and transparency.
