Terms & Conditions

• The said registration qualifies a vendor for consideration for issue of tender notification under Limited Tenders only for the relevant category for which the vendor is registered / empanelled. This does not confer any right or claim for award of work or purchase order.
• Enlistment of Companies Certificates reserves the right to accept, consider, or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. The decision regarding registration and empanelment shall be final and binding on all registered firms/vendors.
• Empanelled vendors shall promptly respond to all enquiries, execute orders as per order terms, and keep the Enlistment of Companies Certificates informed about new products, developments, and innovative ideas aimed at cost reduction and quality improvement.
• In case of breach of any terms and conditions or supply/work order at any stage, including during supply, installation, or warranty period, legal action shall be initiated as per applicable laws. The Security Deposit shall be forfeited, and the vendor may be debarred or blacklisted for a minimum period of three (3) years.
• The vendor shall not assign or sublet the empanelment or any part thereof to any other vendor. Failure to comply shall result in termination of empanelment.
• All registered firms must maintain absolute integrity, follow ethical business practices, and conduct themselves in a manner befitting a registered supplier. All future correspondence must quote the Registration Number.
• All rights are reserved to add, delete, or amend any items or terms and conditions of registration with effect from any date, without assigning any reason.
• The Enlistment of Companies Certificates shall indemnify DIT and user departments against third-party claims related to patent, trademark, copyright, or industrial design infringement arising from the use of supplied items or services. DIT and user departments shall also stand indemnified from manpower-related claims.
• The empanelment period shall be valid for one (1) year. Vendors must renew empanelment within one (1) month from the date of expiry. Failure to renew within the stipulated time shall be treated as failure to renew, and the Enlistment of Companies Certificates shall stand cancelled.
